Todds Valley House

This small project looks to make use of the undercroft space beneath an existing home.

By filling in the space between the post foundations a second living area and garden connection can be created. Sliding timber screens provide protection to western facing windows, while internally a texturally rich, moody interior is created. Concrete floors and fluted masonry provide visual solidity and a sense of robustness to the new extension.
